In Jinja, BUL continued their fight against relegation with a well worked out 2-0 home win past visiting Bright Stars at the Kakindu stadium.

Both of BUL’s goals came in the second stanza of the game.

A 10 man Sadolin Paints side was held to a goal-less draw by Lweza at the Mandela National Stadium.

Ronald Lukungu was red carded on the half hour mark as the home side with a man less for almost 60 minutes.

At the Mutesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku, home club Express registered a 4-3 victory past Police in a 7 goals thriller.

Mahad Kakooza, Allan Kyambadde (brace) and Simon Sserunkuma were on target for Matia Lule’s charges, also baptized as the ‘Red Eagles’ time immemorial.

Michale Birungi’s double and a late Hood Kaweesa’s late goal gave the fans something to cheer for the moment and leave crucial talking points heading to match day 23 that comes on 28th March 2017.

Soana and Jinja Municipal Council Hippos settled for a one all stalemate at the Kavumba Recreational stadium.

Abdulraham Ajab gave the Hippos the lead on 11 minutes but Paddy Muhumuza, a January mid season signing for Soana had other ideas altogether with a quick equalizer three minutes later.

JMC Hippos remains the only side yet to earn maximum points this entire season.
