If the rating is yellow it means some requirements are missing but can be issued with a provisional licence though given a specified time to full them. The red rating shows that a club has failed on all requirements which attracts automatic relegation’

A club is issued with a certificate of registration after having a Club CEO license, a Coach with CAF B License, U-17 team, players having passports and valid contracts for each of the players.
