Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin ‘Micho’Sredojevic has named his squad to start preparations for the 2015 CECAFA Senior Challenge cup in Ethiopia.
The team starts training today (3pm) with gym session at Acacia Mall for one hour then head to Kampala Parents school for ball work.
The squad was announced today during the FUFA weekly press conference at FUFA House.
The Squad: Alitho James, Kigonya Mathias, Watenga Ismail and Kisembo Douglas (Goalkeepers)
Other players: Okot Denis, Kiyemba Ibrahim, Nsubuga Joseph,Jjuko Murushid, Bakaki Shafiq, Kassaga Richard, Wasswa Hassan Dazo, Ochaya Joseph, Isaac Muleme, Muwanga Bernard, Ntege Ivan, Mutyaba Muzamiru, Kizito Keziron, Miya Faruku, Kiza Martin, Ssekisambu Erisa, Umony Brian, Okhuti Ceasar, Robert Ssentongo,Kalanda Frank, Nelson Senkatuka.
Uganda is in group B with Kenya, Burundi and Zanzibar. Uganda Cranes play their first match on Sunday 22nd November, 2015.
Uganda Cranes are the record winners on 13 titles followed by reigning champions Kenya with six.
