The FUFA Big league finally kicks off on Thursday, 8th October 2015 with seven fixtures on card.
Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday will also match different matches played to complete the 13 match day one games.
Former Azam Uganda Premier league sides, Entebbe F.C, Kira Young, CRO, Masaka L.C and Proline Soccer Academy embark on yet another struggle to make a come back to the top flight.
Masaka L.C shall be home to Entebbe team, Masavu at the Masaka recreational stadium.
Entebbe F.C hosts Kitara region’s Sun City f.c at Bugonga.
On Sunday, CRO shall make the trip to Bukedea to face the home side, Bukedea Town council football club while Kira Young kick starts the campaign with an away trip to Lira United.
Match day two shall be played next Thursday with a host of games lined up on the day.
The FUFA Big league is the second highest tier league in the country.
The best team per group (Elgon and Rwenzori) directly earns promotion to the premier league.
The two runners up in each group are then engaged in the promotional play -offs to determine the third club that joins the two directly promoted sides.
