Following a successful charter signed between the Clubs playing in the Azam Uganda Premier League and FUFA on Wednesday, 23rd September 2015 at Arirang Hotel in Kampala, there are instant fruitful dividends reaped as far as football development in Uganda is concerned.
The latest development indicates that;
Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) football club has written to notify withdrawal of an earlier forwarded request to the FUFA General Assembly to include an item of the mandate of FSL on the AGM agenda.
The request was based on the resolutions of the FSL clubs.
URA F.C’s chairman, Ali Ssekatawa notified the FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson in a communiqué on Wednesday, 23rd September 2015.
Following the charter signed between the FSL, Clubs and FUFA, I have been assured the issues were, or are going to be resolved inter-perter. This is to withdraw my request
The FUFA Ordinary General Assembly takes place on the 26th and 27th September 2015.
