The Uganda National U23 team completed double training sessions on Monday at the FUFA Technical Center, Njeru with their minds set on taking on South Sudan in the AFCON U23 Qualifiers.
The team that entered residential camp on Sunday evening, held training in the morning with light workouts to enable players relax after taking part in the practice match with their seniors (Uganda Cranes) at StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo.

In the afternoon session, coach Wasswa Bossa centered his training session mostly on agility of players, awareness of spacing and passing the ball.

Australian based Trevor Semakula is amazed with the level of talent with in the National side.
‘Coming here is a very good place and there is a lot of talent.  These boys can go far. We are learning alot. I am looking forward to the game am very assured the preparation the coaches give us is really very good.’

The team will continue with double training sessions even tomorrow ahead of the epic encounter against South Sudan on Wednesday 14, at StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo Kampala Uganda.
The team will leave Njeru for Kampala on Wednesday morning.
