The football fraternity shall surely be spoilt for choice as there are eight games lined up for the 2014/15 Azam Uganda Premier league climax.
Current table leaders and favorites for the crown, Vipers sports club are at home in Buikwe against Jinja based side, BUL F.C.
Vipers lead the 16 team log on 66 points, 4 adrift of contenders, SC Villa (with a pending appeal case).
SC Villa have collected 62 points in 29 outings and will be against Bright Stars in Matugga.
Another worthy battle is in the relegation zone to decide which team joins Entebbe and Rwenshama (who face each other at Nakivubo) as the three sides dropped to the FUFA Big league.
Four teams have a likelihood of being relegated. Soana and Kira Young have both collected 31 points while Simba and Lweza have fetched 34 points.
Mathematically, any of the four clubs depending on the results of the day will be announced as relegated.
Soana is at home to fellow Kavumba tenant, Police F.C.
Kira Young is at home to Simba whereas Lweza is away to the 2013/14 champions, Kampala City Council.
Simba and Lweza need draw results in their respective matches and needless to add, Kira Young and Soana face must win situations to avoid the drop news.
Others Games:
In other games set to close the season, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) shall be away to Express at the Mutesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
16 time league winners, Sports Club Villa shall play away to Mwerere grounds in Matugga to the fast improving Bright Stars outfit.
In the city center at Nakivubo Stadium, there will be played a game basically for pride and respect of the football rules – Rwenshama hosting Entebbe F.C.
Both sides are relegated and have nothing to lose or gain.
There are 232 games so far with the eight games lined up for Tuesday making it 240 fixtures of the 2014/15 season.
102.1 FUFA f.m will bring to you live proceedings from all the 8 games to be played.
Success for all the teams in fair play spirit
