Eight games are set to be played when the Match Day 11 fixtures take center stage at the Pepsi National Beach soccer league, Lido Beach in Entebbe.

Monsoon group leaders, MUBS take on Talented Beach soccer club in one of the group games.

MUBS will be without striker Brian Nkuubi (away with the Uganda Kobs team in Mozambique) but glad that his partner – in – crime, Baker Lukooya is available for selection.

Other Moonson games will see Zaba Super Market take on Sand Pirates, Stormers will play Buwanika Bulls whilst Real Galaticals will play YMCA.

In the Hurriken group, Nkumba Select, who have blown hot and cold this season takes on Dalumba Richmonds in the opener.

Nkumba Select were last season’s runners up but have struggled to win games this time round as Dalumba are on a two match winning streak.

Goalie Kassim Senteza starts his punishment on the sidelines since his straight red card a fortnight ago but Nkumba Select will look to the trickery of Yasser Mugerwa and the shooting prowess of Uganda Sand Cranes striker, Roch Somoka for magic.

Dalumba has Jonathan Kikoyongo and skipper Paul Lwere to boost about.

Other Hurriken games will witness St Lawrence University battle Braza Braza as a physical outfit, KIU takes on Mutesa Royale University in the other game.

Uganda Beach Soccer President, Deo Mutabazi believes the competition keeps growing for the better each passing weekend of action.

The level of competition among the teams has grown for the better. More players have come on board and our technical team of the Uganda Sand Cranes is keeping a close watch on the best players bearing in mind the national team is hosting Ghana early March.

The league is organized by the Uganda Beach Soccer Association that runs under the mandate of Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA).

Crown Beverages Limited under the flagship of Pepsi runs the league sponsorship.
