Preparations for the national beach soccer team (The Uganda Sand Cranes) have intensified ahead of Sunday’s CAF 2015 qualifier with the Ghana Black Sharks.
FUFA assures of maximum security ahead of Uganda versus Ghana beach soccer CAF beach soccer championship qualifier slated for this Sunday at Entebbe Sports beach.
During a special address to the media about the security precautions for the game, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Zirabamuzaale Muzafaru assured the public of the preparations being undertaken by the police and all their agencies to ensure a safe environment before, during and after the match.
We are aware of the situation and everything possible to counter the evil plans of the devil and wrong doers is being done to the best of our ability.
Uganda Sand Cranes got a bye to this stage after the withdrawal of Cameroon.
Ghana is yet to communicate their date of arrival.
All the 4 match referees are from Egypt with the match commissioner, Roch Henreitte from Seychelles.
