Blacks Power maintain rich vein of form | StarTimes FUFA Big League 2021-2022

  • Kataka 3-0 Proline

The current table leaders of the 2021-2022 StarTimes FUFA Big League Blacks Power Football Club maintained their great form with a 2-0 win over Calvary at the Akii Bua Memorial Stadium in Lira on Thursday, February 17, 2022.

John Paul Acire and January mid-season signing Fred Okot scored for Blacks Power, a club coached by Vialli Bianomugisha.

In other matches, Mbale based Kataka put three goals past Proline 3-0 at the Mbale Municipal Stadium, Mbale.

Bashir Kyazze, Francis Odongo and Emmanuel Mukisa scored Kataka’s goals.

Maroons won 3-1 over Ndejje University away at the Arena of Visions.

Norman Odipio, Fred Amaku and William Kiibi found the goals for the hosts. George Akena’s third minute header turned out to be a consolation.

At the Nakisunga Ssaza playground, a heavy rain storm delayed kick-off before Kyetume won 2-1 over visiting MYDA.

Kyetume’s goals were scored by Ezra Bidda and Ezra Kizito Kaye. Paul Orono found the consolation for MYDA.

The league takes a break and will resume on 6th March 2022 with five games on match day 14.
