The Buganda region football league will resume this Saturday as the two leading teams of the Katonga region face off.
Masaka based Bwala Academy, carrying a two point lead entertains Entebbe based Masavu – Kigongwa football club at the Masaka Recreational Stadium.
Masavu F.C is coached by former Uganda Cranes International, Charles Livingstone Mbabazi.
The winner from the tie will most certainly hold his grip onto the lead with less than 4 fixtures to the climax of the league.
Massavu-Kigogwa FC is one of the teams that eagerly await the round of 16 Uganda Cup draws having qualified after Kumi United failed to show up at Katabi.
They boost of a number of stars of the team in the shape of strikers Allan Zirimenya and Charles Odeke as Marlon Andama dictates from the middle of the pack.
Last Wednesday, angabo Green Valley shocked table leaders Bwala SA with a 1-0 victory.
Previously, Bwala had registered just one loss with while Kampala Univ was held to a 1 all draw by a struggling Seeta United side as Ayod Masaka overcame Young Simba.
