The Buganda regional league continued on Sunday with several fixtures played.
These matches were pushed forward by a day from Saturday to allow the fans watch the national team in action in the CHAN 2016 qualifier with Sudan at Nakivubo stadium.
Kyetume football club were the biggest winners, triumphing 5-1 over Kiwanga F.C.
Buwoya Silent Burners suffered a 3-0 away loss to Mulendwe.
Masaka Football Club beat visiting Gganda F.C 2-0 at home.
There were only three draws registered – witnessing Nkambi and Kitende share the spoils in a four goal thriller as Kiyumbakimu held Nangabo to a goal-less stalement.
Seeta and Azam football clubs played to a one all draw.
The league returns next weekend with various games at different play grounds.
The best club at the end of the season is promoted to the FUFA Big league.
