Defending champions BUL FC JT and KCCA FC SA kicked off their 2025 FUFA Juniors League campaigns with dominant victories as the new season got underway over the weekend.
BUL FC JT overcame Mbale Heroes FC JT with a 3-1 win, courtesy of goals from Musa Nviiri, Richard Okello and Ivan Maturu. Mbale Heroes managed a consolation goal but couldn’t contain the reigning champions.
At Lugogo, KCCA FC SA proved too strong for Maroons FC JT, securing a 2-0 victory with Raphael Masudi and Ismail Fahad getting on the scoresheet.
Meanwhile, URA FC JT and Kitara FC JT played out a goalless draw, just like Express FC JT and Vipers SC JT. NEC FC JT, Mbarara City FC JT, and Soltilo Bright Stars FC JT all secured narrow 1-0 wins, while Police FC JT edged SC Villa JT in a thrilling 3-2 encounter.
