Reactions by the two coaches:

Salim Jamal Muwonge (Uganda Sand Cranes Head coach)

We have created a couple of goal scoring chances although we did not utilize them. We played against a side that has played at the CAF final championship a number of times. We have learnt from the mistakes done and vow to improve before the return leg. The 1-3 margin can be easily overturned during the return leg.
Solo Jean (Cote D’Voire Head coach)
The match was good for the two countries. We played well and i liked the match. It is not yet over, we played the first leg and there is a lot to play for in the second leg.
