Vipers Football has confirmed they will represent Uganda at this year’s CAF Champions league.
The 2014/15 Uganda Premier league champions confirmed to the FUFA Competitions Department with all the mandatory requirements needed.
FUFA Competitions Director, Ali Mwebe told the media about Vipers Sports Club confirmation on Wednesday during the weekly press conference held at FUFA House in Mengo, Kampala.
Mwebe said;
Vipers will play in the CAF Champions league after confirming their participation in the tournament
However, Uganda Cup winners, Sports Club Villa are yet to confirm their entry in the CAF confederations Cup.
SC Villa has up to Friday, 31st July 2015 to confirm their entry.
