The Uganda Cranes has had a sad start to the 2015 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup, losing 2-0 to rivals Kenya on Sunday afternoon in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Kenya’s goals were scored by Jacob Kheli and second half substitute, Michael Olunga in the 29th and 50th minutes respectively.
Uganda Cranes team skipper, Farouk Miya hit the goal bar in the first half for arguably the best chance for the team.
In the other chances, Okhuti reacted slower to Okot’s shot cum cross in the first half and Miya missed a one against one encounter with Kenyan goalie to beat.
