Uganda Women national football team (Crested Cranes) head coach Faridah Bulega has named the starting eleven against Burundi for the third place play off match of the 2019 CECAFA Senior Women Challenge Cup on Monday at the Chamazi stadium in Tanzania.
There is one one change from the team that fell 1-0 to Tanzania during the semi-final on Saturday.
Eunice Ariokot replaces Shadia Nankya who is unwell. The other 10 players are maintained in their respective positions.
Team captain and first choice goalkeeper Ruth Aturo starts in goal. Viola Namuddu and Asia Nakibuuka shall play in the right and left back positions respectively.
The duo of Aisha Namukisa and Eunice Ariokot is the central defence pairing.
Riticia Nabossa, Hasifa Nassuna and Bridget Nabisaalu are in midfield.
The trio of Juliet Nalukenge, Fazila Ikwaput and Fauzia Najjemba lead the quest for goals.
The third place play off match between Uganda and Burundi will be an early kick off before the final between hosts Tanzania and Kenya.
