Cecafa General Secretary Nicholas Musonye has released the official list of 16 referees for this year’s Tusker Senior Challenge Cup due to kick off in Kampala on November 24.
The officials, eight of whom are assistant referees will undergo both medical and fitness tests on November 23 just a day after their arrival in Kampala. Musonye has urged the referees to prepare effectively in order to avoid embarrassments when they fail to impress before their instructors.
The fitness tests will be conducted by retired FIFA referee Charles Masembe who is also a member of the CAF Referees committee among other officials. The full list is as below:
