The Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) has released the regulations for the forthcoming CECAFA U-20 Challenge Cup that will be hosted in Uganda.
These regulations have been signed by stamped by the CECAFA President Mutasim Gafar and Secretary General Nicholas Musonye.
These have 20 Articles entailing the different parameters of objectives, right to participate, format of competition, qualifications of players and coaches, trophy and medals, registration of players, team colours & match coordination, tournament organization, Doping, Organizing Committee, CECAFA and host member responsibilities, protests & appeals, cheating & fraud, disciplinary, match reports, broadcast & publicity rights as well as CAF & FIFA Regulations.
