Draws for the inaugural CECAFA U18 Boys Championship were held today at FUFA Technical Center, Njeru by the Director of Competitions Yusuf Mossi.
8 Teams were potted into two groups A and B.

Djibouti, which was drawn in Group A, withdrew on November 15th, 2023.
The tournament will take place from 25th November to 9th December 2023 at Kisumu Stadium and Kakamega Stadium.
