In preparation for the 2023/2024 Season of the FUFA Big League and the StarTimes Uganda Premier League, the Competitions Department organised meetings for the Chief Executive Officers. These meetings were attended by FUFA Executive Committee Member Rogers Mulindwa, FUFA Deputy CEO Humphrey Mandu, Competitions Director Hajati Aisha Nalule, C.E.O Uganda Premier League Benard Bainamani, Chairman Club Licensing Committee Lee Okello, and Club licensing Manager Shirah Nakagwa.
Clubs from the FUFA Big League that had officials at the meeting included; Kitara FC, Kyetume FC, Mbarara City FC, Soroti City FC, Kaaro Karungi FC, Lugazi FC, Jinja North United FC, NEC FC, Northern Gateway SC, Police FC, Ndejje University FC, Adjumani TC FC, Calvary FC, Booma FC, Kataka FC and Luweero United FC.
