Comoros Vs Uganda: Cranes players set for away tie

The Uganda Cranes players and technical staff are set for the away tie against Comoros on Saturday.

Uganda  Cranes  coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic has expressed his happiness towards senior players especially goalkeeper Dennis Onyango,team captain  Geoffrey Massa and midfielder Maweje Tonny.

On Tonny Mawejje, Micho noted;

I am impressed by the level of dedication shown by Tonny. Though he missed the opening game against Botswana, his  level of commitment is so far above the ground as he is paying special attention to the directions and eager to again vie for his position in the national team’.

The players and their skipper Massa have promised to die a little for their mother country well aware of the significance of the fixture.

We are here for a mission. We need to work as a unit to acquire the maximum points against Comoros on Saturday

This was at the Uganda Cranes first  training session held at the Moroni  Stadium in Comoros

All the 18 players attended the afternoon training session on Thursday.
