The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has terminated the case filed by Proline Football Club against FUFA.
The CAS Appeals Arbitration Division terminated the case after Proline FC failed to provide any proof of payments as advance costs to hear the case.
The decision has been communicated to both parties.
Proline FC appealed to CAS after the FUFA Competitions Disciplinary Panel applied the FUFA Competitions Rules on the Premier League team for failure to honor their home league match against Sc Villa on Saturday 7th September 2019 at StartTimes Stadium-Lugogo.
