FUFA released the full findings and ruling by its Competitions Disciplinary Panel on Proline FC’s failure to honour a match in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League on 7th September 2019.
The ruling was based on findings under the following matters which were determined before the final ruling by the FUFA CDP as below;
- Whether Proline FC failed to turn up for the match.
- Whether Proline was justified in refusing to turn up for the match.
- Whether UPL was justified in upholding the fixture.
- Whether Proline FC’s actions brought the game of football into disrepute

Proline FC has a right of appeal in accordance with the FUFA Regulations.
