Isaac Muleme scored for the Uganda Cranes team direct from a corner kick.
Second half substitute James Otim got a late equalizer for the Eastern region side that was coached by Abbey Bogere Kikomeko.
Uganda Cranes head coach, Milutin Sredojevic used two different teams for the match played on a slippery ground.
