The CAF ‘B’ Football Coaching course organised by Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) commenced on Monday 10th July, 2017 with 38 coaches taking part including, 36 male coaches and two ladies vying for the continental football coaching license.
The on-going two week(s) residential football coaching course that will climax on Sunday 23th July 2017 at FUFA Technical Centre Njeru(Jinja) has seen a number of CAF Insructors including Jackson Nyima, Asuman Lubowa, Stone Kyambadde, Samuel Egesa, Yahaya Katumba and Sadiq Wasswa, conduct, facilitate and treat the coaches to the course’s dose requirement.
CAF Instructor and FUFA Education Officer Jackson Nyima credited the federation for its tireless endeavor to foster Football development through Capacity building.
Nyima was delighted with the coaches’ attitude, dedication and love for the game football.
I thank you (coaches )for overwhelmingly responding to our call we delighted and proud of your endless efforts to promote football to another level.I also thank FUFA, for the continued efforts to bolster football development in the country through the arrangement of capacity building courses that will empower the coaches with the technical ability to sustain and handle crucial football coaching challenges streamlined to football professionalism.An assessor from the Continental Football Governing body CAF will assess these coaches on Wednesday 19th, July 2017 to ascertain and establish their Oral and Practical ability to execute and showcase the Football coaching basics and modules
The Football Coaching license that will climax on Sunday, 23rd July 2017 has seen coaches cover vital football coaching units that have made them (coaches) enthusiastic to bolster their fortunes, impact their lives and communities through Football for example laws of the game, Goal keeping ethics and dynamics,Football basic modules, to mention but a few.
