A total of twenty two (22) participants have completed the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) Administration and Management course (FAMACO) that ended on Wednesday at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.
The three-day course coordinated by Tangosport Uganda was aimed at developing a forum through which football lovers can develop and benefit from their knowledge and skills of football.
The course’s emphasis was mostly put on how to handle football matters administratively with authoritative knowledge about the game.
The course runs second to that of coaching at level one that Tangosport Uganda Ltd has organized in a space of three months at the same venue.
According to FUFA 1st Vice President, Justus Mugisha who presided at the closing ceremony as Guest of Honour, he says that FUFA are committed to seeing the game getting professionalized in the country.
At FUFA we are glad and totally committed to developing the game to a professional level in Uganda and many thanks to Tangosport for the wonderful organization.
I will be so happy if I see this class putting what you have learned into practice as it is the only way the federation can benefit from such arrangements.
You are our ambassadors from now.
I will personally support Tangosport Uganda in any way if they have decided to do this for the good of the game and that they can organize more of these courses for you.
The course was conducted by FIFA Instructor Justus Mugisha and two others who are onto the CAF level like Samuel Mpima (Fufa Executive Member) and Ali Mwebe (the Fufa Competitions and IT manager)
