FIFA approved referees from Egypt have been handed the mantle to officiate the return leg between hosts, Uganda and the Indian Ocean island nation of Madagascar.
FIFA referee Mohamed Farouk Muhamoud is the center official.
The 44 year old referee, who doubles as a financial accountant of International Company of food industry in Egypt, will officiate the Cranes for the second time in two years.
The veteran referee officiated a game involving Uganda in a World Cup qualifier played in Free town against Liberia in early 2013.
Mohamoud is being assisted by Ahamed Abou Elela and Ahamed Saha Hasaneen as first and second assistants respectively while Mohamed Abud Elmenen Hanafy are the game’s 4th official.
Sudanese Osama Ataa Elman Hussein is the commissioner of match.
South African referees handled the 1st leg played over the weekend in Mahajanga province where Madagascar beat Uganda 2-1.
