FUFA is mourning the loss of Ms Ruth Mutunga the mother of Executive Member Mr. Sam Lwere who died from Nsambya Hospital on Tuesday afternoon.
‘We have received the sad news of the loss of Madam Ruth Mutunga. These are tough times for the family of our Executive member’ said FUFA President Eng. Moses Magogo.
‘The news comes on the day Uganda Cranes will play Ghana in the opening match of the AFCON 2017 in Gabon. It is unfortunate that our beloved mother will not be able to watch the Cranes in action back to the AFCON after 39 years’ added FUFA President.
‘Only the Almighty has plans for each human life’
Burial arrangements will be communicated later.
