FIFA High Performance Specialist Abdul Faisal Chibsah has paid an official visit to the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA).
During his visit, Chibsah was received by FUFA Football Development Director Bashir Mutyaba and FUFA CEO Edgar Watson, before holding an official dialogue with FUFA President Hon. Magogo Moses Hassim.
The onsite engagement formed part of a strategic mission to advance discussions on the implementation of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme (TDS). The discussions aimed at aligning Uganda’s football structures with TDS requirements, reviewing existing player development pathways, and establishing collaborative frameworks to strengthen talent identification and growth across all levels of the game.
As part of his visit, Chibsah also interacted with the Uganda U17 National Team at FUFA Hotel Kisaasi, where he delivered motivational and insightful words of encouragement to the players as they prepare for the FIFA U17 World Cup Qatar 2025 scheduled for November.
