The FIFA MA Referees Course 2024 got underway today at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru. The course that will run for five days caters for Ugandan FIFA and National Elite Referees.
FUFA Executive Committee Member Ronnie Kalema officially opened the course. He was in the company of FUFA Deputy CEO-Football Decolas Kizza and FUFA Referees Standing Committee Chairman Brian Miiro Nsubuga.





FUFA Referees Manager Samuel Egesa, Uganda Football Referee Association (UFRA) Chairperson David Davis Katabira, FUFA Referees Technical Panel member Catherine Adipo, FUFA Referees Physical Fitness Instructors Ali Kalyango and Samuel Turyomurirwe were also present.
Kalema lauded referees for their commitment towards game and cautioned them to always remain fair during execution of their work.

“FUFA is proud of the great job you do and we will always support you in executing your work. But I advise you to always maintain the core values of refereeing that is Fitness, Integrity and Performance.” He said.
FIFA Technical Instructor Felix Tangawarima and FIFA Physical Fitness Instructor Mark Muzengo will oversee the course both in practical and theoretical sessions.
