A workshop organized for the 16 FUFA Super League (FSL) clubs regarding players’ registration under the electronic system ‘FUFA License+’ was deemed a success by the Competitions Manager-Ali Mwebe. The one day workshop was for the secretaries whose clubs play in the top flight.
Club officials expressed excitement over the new technology that will help in reducing paper work during the application of players’ licenses.
‘I’m happy with the response of club officials towards the project. I’m optimistic that they will grasp the basics of the electronic system’ said Mwebe
The system was installed by Narsil Technology a Tunisia based IT firm under FIFA project to Uganda. Early this year it was put to use when all player licenses for FSL and FUFA Big League clubs were electronically printed under the system.
The training was also extended to the FUFA Big League clubs on Sunday at FUFA House.
