FSL: Nyanzi gets hat-trick for Police, Vipers remain top

Nyanzi Ronald netted a hat-trick in Police FC’s 4-2 demolition of Proline FC at Kavumba stadium in the FUFA Super League this evening. Nyanzi was the only three goal hero in today’s league action. Umar Kasumba scored the other goal for Angelo Lonyesi’s side. Ibra Sendi and Lopidia Henry were on target for Proline who are yet to win a game since the tart of the second round.

At Namboole stadium, Ndawula Moses scored a brace fro Kira Young who beat Bright Stars FC 2-1. Sula Sebunza netted for Bright stars from the penalty spot. Kira have gone to third position on the table three points behind leaders Vipers (40 points).

In Mbale, CRO picked up their first home win of the season beating Masaka LC 2-1. Ivan Lubaale scored both goals for CRO as they moved out of the bottom place. They now lie 14th on the table.

In Buikwe, Vipers returned to their home ground after the ban was lifted and never disappointed their fans. They edged Express F 1-0 thanks to Miya Farouk’s solitary goal of the game.

In Bombo, URA defeated Simba 1-0. Erisa Sekisambu scored the only goal of the match.

At Nakivubo stadium, SC Villa drew 1-1 with BUL FC. Orioth Dan scored for BUL while Victor Emaneyo for Villa.
