Emmanuel Obitre scored the only goal of the game that saw Kiira Young edge Express FC 1-0 at Mandela National stadium, Namboole in today’s FUFA super League. The win takes Kiira to top spot on 34 points but they are being chased by URA who moved to second following a 2-1 win over Entebbe FC at Mutessa Ii stadium.

Kiira Young has a two point lead over URA FC (32 points). URA’s goals were scored by Feni Ali and Erisa Sekisambu . Yusuf Kinene netted for Entebbe.

At Kakindu stadium, Asiku Crespo and Kivumbi Maryin were on target for BUL as they beat Vipers FC 2-1. Joseph Mpande scored for Vipers who started the day on top of the table on 32 points.

At the recreation ground in Masaka, home side Masaka FC drew 1-1 with Simba. Kaweesi Mahad scored for Masaka while Alex Witaba got the army side’s goal.

At Kavumba stadium, peter Senyonjo was the hero for new comers Soana FC who beat Police FC 1-0. The former Uganda cranes marksman scored the game’s solitary strike.

At KCCA Stadium in Lugogo, Proline picked up their first point of the second round in three games after holding Sports Club Victoria University (SCVU) to a goalless draw.

At Nakivubo stadium, Bright stars drew 1-1 with Sc villa. Anthony Bongole scored for Bright stars while Ronald Muganga for the Jogoos.
