Our gallant heroes travel later today at 6 pm for the away fixture to be played on Wednesday in Lome.
‘Our current position-2nd on the table and with half of the group stage campaign played, it still gives us a huge chance just like any other team in Group E. We still need your support in the remaining three games. It is a long journey and our fans don’t need to lose hope at this stage of the campaign’ said FUFA Chairman Technical Committee Hamid Juma.
Fans were disciplined as they entered the Stadium through the various gates.
‘As per the FUFA allowance and bonus scheme, the Uganda Cranes players received their stipulated match allowances on Friday. However despite the loss, FUFA gave players a non-stipulated motivational allowance after yesterday’s game’ said FUFA Finance Director Decolas Kiiza.
