FUFA Big League 2016/17: Stage is set for the play-offs at Wankulukuku Stadium

FUFA Big League play offs: Thursday, 4th May 2017

  • Ndejje University Vs Mbarara City – 2 p.m
  • Synergy Vs Kira United – 4 p.m

Sunday, 7th May 2017: 

  • Third team decider: Ndejje University/ Mbarara City Vs Synergy / Kira United – 2 p.m
  • Big league Grand Finale: Maroons Vs Masavu – 4 p.m

All the Matches at Mutesa II Wankulukuku Stadium

Entry Fees: 3000 (Ordinary) & 5000 (VIP)

The play offs for this year’s FUFA Big League will be played on Thursday, 4th May 2017 at the Mutesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.

FUFA Competitions director, Ali Mwebe confirmed the matches during the weekly press conference on Wednesday morning held at Mengo in Kampala.

The first set of play-offs will be played thus Thursday at the Mutesa II Wankulukuku Stadium starting at 2 p.m.

Ndejje University will take on Mbarara City at 2 p.m before Synergy from Masaka will play Kira United at 4 p.m.

On Sunday, the winner between Ndejje University or Mbarara City will then play Synergy or Kira United to determine who joins Maroons and Masavu in the Azam Uganda Premier League for the up-coming season 2017/18.

The grand finale to determine  the 2016/17 FUFA Big League champion will be played on Sunday, 7th May 2017.
