FUFA Big League: Action resumes Thursday, 16th October 2014

The FUFA Big league resumes on Thursday, 16th October with 6 different fixtures across the country.

Elgon Group:

Three games will be played in the Elgon group. Masaka L.C hosts Kabale’s Cream Land at the Masaka Recreational stadium.

Artland entertains Wandegeya at Taibah High school while Kireka United plays Busia United at Kireka play grounds.

Rwenzori group:

At Nakivubo Stadium, Baza Holdings hosts Lira’s Sporting United while high flying The Saints F.C travel to Ngora High school play grounds.

Other matches will see CRO  f.c host Water F.C  at the Mbale stadium .

The FUFA Big league is the second highest football league in the country.


The top team per group will directly qualify for the 2014/15 Uganda Premier League (UPL).

The third side to join the two comes through the play offs where two teams per ground play the semis at a neutral ground before a final to determine the third team.


Elgon Group:

Masaka L.C  Vs Creamland – Masaka Recreational Stadium, Masaka

Artland Vs Wandegeya –Taibah Play Grounds,Entebbe Road

Kireka United  Vs Busia United – Kireka Play grounds

Rwenzori Group:

Baza Holdings Vs Sporting United – Nakivubo Stadium

Ngora Freda Carr Vs The Saints – Ngora Stadium

Namasagali Vs Ngora Fredd Car – Namasagali College Play Grounds, Kamuli

CRO Vs Water F.C – CRO Stadium, Mbale
