Kireka United 0-1 Kirinnya Jinja – Nelson Mandela National Stadium, Namboole

Hope Doves 2-1 Wandegeya- Mutesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku

Masaka Local Council 0-2  Masavu F.C – Masaka Recreational Stadium

Wakiso Utd 0-1 Synergy – Wakiso Play ground

Entebbe F.C 1-0  Sun City –Bugonga Stadium

Proline 2- 0 Citizen – Nakivubo Stadium

Paidha Black Angels  2-1 Ndejje University – Bar Okoro, Zombo play ground

The 2015/16 FUFA Big league has kicked off with seven matches on Thursday.

There were victories for former premier league clubs – Entebbe F.C, Proline Soccer Academy but another side, Masaka Local Council football club faltered.

Abdul Azizi Kio and Charles Odeke scored for Masavu F.C away to Masaka local council at the Masaka recreational stadium.

Livingstone Mulondo scored the lone goal for visiting Kirinya/Jinja S.S against Kireka football club at the Nelson Mandela outside stadium.

Hope Doves overcame Wandegeya F.C 2-1 at the Mutesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.

Moses Okadapao and Adnan Sekandi scored for the visitors.

Hakim Kintu scored the consolation for Wandegeya Football club.

At Nakivubo stadium, Edrisa ‘Torres’ Lubega was the two goal hero when home side, Proline Soccer Academy easily overcame visiting Citizens from Mbarara.

The league will resume on Saturday.
