Synergy Football Club won 3-1 away from home against Sun City to get into one of the two play off slots for the FUFA Big league in the Rwenzori group.
The maximum points for the Masaka side away in Kasese meant that they are now on 37 points, above Nyamityobora who lost 2-1 to Entebbe at the Fisheries Training Institute play ground in Bugonga.
Nyamityobora thus remains on 35 points as Mbarara City who overcame Water 1-0 at the Kakyeeka stadium in Mbarara now have 39 points.
Busia Fisheries also got three valuable points off Paidha Black Angels to close gap on Ndejje University and Kira United for the play off slot in the Elgon group.
Already promoted Masavu managed a one all draw away to Kireka United at the Namboole outside play ground.
