‘We have a five(5) year strategic plan of developing the game of football therefore FUFA designed this programme to empower you with skills on how to develop the game of football through communiation. You are all part of the Federation, we want you to work as a unit to promote the game. Go and apply and practice the skills you have been taught’ said Magoola

Participants appreciated the training, a first of  its kind, which has added value on top of their professional media backgrounds.

The training has equipped us with knowledge on how to communicate in football with internal and external stakeholders as well as handling challenges in public relations. This is a huge step taken by the federation in improving football in all departments,” said Paul Kulumba, the Public Relations Officer of Kirinya Jinja SS FC.

This course is very relevant and has come at a time our clubs need most because of  lack of professionalism in areas of communication. This course has given us a clear understanding of the roles of a club media officer,” added Sharon Adong, SC Villa Jogoo media manager.
