9 – 10 :20 a.m: Arrival and registration of all Delegates, Observers and the media
Registration table for all participants of the 90TH FUFA AGM
10: 21 a.m: FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson calls Assembly to order.

10: 25 a.m: FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo arrives
FUFA Vice President, Darius Mugoye arrives at St.Lira Hotel where the 90th FUFA AGM was held.
10: 29 a.m: Luwero FUFA Delegate, Rogers Mulindwa leads opening prayer
10: 30 a.m: FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson reads roll call of members present
10:35 a.m: FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson is through with the roll call as 56 members are present, constituting two – thirds of the expected quoroum.
He then hands over microphone to FUFA President, Eng, Moses Magogo and chairman of the Assemby.
Quroum of 56 delegates out of the expected 86 has been realized.
Anthony Tumwesigye, Uganda Beach soccer Association delegate moves motion of approving the 90th FUFA Annual Assembly.Seconders are Latif Mafuko (Eastern region delegate) and Stone Kyambadde (Uganda Football Coaches Association delegation).
10:42 a.m: Motion of approving agenda of the 90th FUFA general Assembly is moved by Issa Magoola (Eastern region delegate), seconded by Kenneth Musisi (Kawempe Division delegate) and Hamidu Kasende (Kitara region delegate).
10: 50 a.m: Chief Guest at the 90th FUFA Annual General Assembly, Ssemakula Katende addresses the assembly.
Moment of silence for departed heroes called by FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo particularily Parry Oketch, Uganda Cranes players and former head coach of the late 60’s and 70’s.
10:47 a.m: FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo addresses the members of the 90th FUFA Annual Assembly.
“Change of statures, change of approach and change of president have been major landmarks of the Federation.Transition has been an enormous task” Eng. Moses Magogo.
11: 30 a.m: FUFA Staff recognized by the Assembly.
FUFA CEO introduces the FUFA Staff whom the Assembly gave a vote of thanks for the committed level of service.
12 – 1 PM: FUFA President presents FUFA Activity report
1 – 2 :30 PM: Members deliberate on several issues (admission of new member associations to FUFA, FIFA Goal project V, Approval of Denis Mbidde as third FUFA Vice President and on to the Executive).

2:30 – 2:45 PM: Finance committee chairperson, Rasoul Aliga presents Budget report, presentation by Finance Director, Decolas Kizza and Members react to the reports.
2 : 46 – 2:55 PM: Any other issues.
3:00 pm : FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo hands over gifts (FUFA Branded 90th Assembly T-Shirt, Uganda Cranes Jersey, Ball and Pen) to chief guest Ssemakula Katende (Assistant general secretary, National Council of Sports).
He then makes closing remarks.
