The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has received shocking news about the death of Hope Soana defender Peter Kirigwa.
Kirigwa passed away at Mulago Hospital on Saturday after being admitted following a serious accident on Entebbe Road on Friday night.
‘It is sad to lose a player who had a future for himself and his family through football. These are trying times for all those close to Kirigwa. The federation extends its sympathies to his family, friends, football fraternity and Hope Soana FC ‘ said the FUFA Chief Executive Officer Edgar Watson
Kirigwa has been featuring for Kampala regional league side Hope Soana FC.
