FUFA Polls 2017: Election process for Players’ Delegates to FUFA Assembly

Composition of the UFPA Assembly of 66 Delegates

  • 10 delegates representing Ex-International footballers –elected on 8th May, 2017

  • 16 Regional league club delegates from the 8 FUFA regions (each region represented by 2 delegates)-to be elected on 18th May, 2017

  • 8 Big League players’ delegates (1 delegate representing each region) 

  • Each club captain of the 16 1st Division clubs (Azam Uganda Premier League)

  • Each club Captain of the 16 FUFA Women Elite League

  • The Uganda Football players Association is for active and retired Ugandan football players

FUFA Polls 2017: Election process for Players’ Delegates to FUFA Assembly

The process to elect two (2) delegates to represent the Uganda Football Players Association (UFPA) to the FUFA Assembly got underway on Monday at Jevine Hotel in Rubaga.

The two delegates will be part of the 88 delegate FUFA Assembly who will vote the FUFA Executive on 5th August, 2017 in Masindi.

Today’s exercise saw Ex-Internationals elect ten (10) delegates who will be part of the 66 delegate Assembly for UFPA.

The 10 delegates elected are; Kalungi Edward, Ntege Patrick, Nankabirwa Hamidah, TumusiimeRobert, Mukatabala Paul, Luwedde Fatumah, Lulenti Kyeyune, Lule Andy, Nalwadda Prossy Dorah and Fred Habineza.
