The FUFA President together with Honorary President Lawrence Mulindwa watched the Monday evening training at Islamic University In Uganda Female Campus in Kabojja.
The Presidents were in company of several FUFA Officials – Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Edgar Watson Suubi, Executive Members Samuel Mpiima and Rogers Byamukama , Chairman Technical Committee Hamid Juma and the FUFA Spokesperson Ahmed Hussein together with Joseph Mwanje.

The FUFA President couldn’t hide his excitement for spirit exhibited by the Honorary President while paying a courtesy to the team.
“This mission was started ten years ago while Lawrence Mulindwa was the president” Said Eng. Magogo.

Later the Honorary President Lawrence Mulindwa was granted an opportunity to speak to the players and thanked the current federation for the wonderful efforts towards this campaign .
“It is not easy to assemble and prepare a team therefore I thank the federation for the wonderful job done.” Said Mulindwa.
He also asked the players to utilize this opportunity because qualifying for AFCON means a lot to them and Uganda at large.



At the same session, four foreign based players joined the rest for the first time in training.
These included Hassan Wasswa Mawanda, Yunus Sentamu, Murushid Juuko, Erisa Sekisambu and Godfrey Walusimbi.

Uganda Cranes plays Kenya Harambee Stars on Tuesday at Nelson Mandela National Stadium in an international build up match preparing for the players ahead of the Comoros game on Sunday, 4th September 2016.
