With an aim of training and installing utmost 1 Grade 4 Football Scout in each District of Uganda, in a bid to discover every talent, FUFA is set to extend 4 fully sponsored G4 Scouting Courses in 4 FUFA Regional Football Associations.
Talent identification is one of the key areas of elite football talent development as elaborated the FUFA Technical Master Plan.
The implementation of Talent identification is supported by FIFA under the FIFA Talent Development Scheme (TDS), a development program setting high performance culture in Talent development eco-system.
The courses are set as follows;
Kampala Region: 27th -28th November 2024
West Nile Region: 02nd – 03rd December 2024
Western Region: 08th -09th December 2024
Buganda Region: 12th -13th December 2024
FUFA is inviting suitable candidates with football experience to apply for a few available for those Regions.
In 2025, the same course shall be extended in the remaining 4 FUFA Regional Football Associations of North East, Eastern, Northern Region and Kitara.
