FUFA Tv Cup 2024: Nabumali High School Emerges Winners

The FUFA Tv Cup 2024 ended today at the FUFA Technical Centre Njeru as Nganwa High School and Nabumali High School wrestled it out in the evening.

The first half ended 2-0 in favour of the Mbale-based side with goals from Gerald Ochwo in the sixth minute and Edwin Wokoli in the thirteenth minute.

Nabumali High School’s Edwin Wokoli sealed his side’s victory after scoring in the sixtieth minute.

The FUFA Tv Cuo 2023 top scorer Gift Fred Mutalya from Kiira College Butiki delivered the new competition trophy to the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru, before kickoff.

The FUFA President Hon. Moses Magogo Hassim attended the event in the company of Exco Members-FUFA Tv Cup Chairman Dr. Apollo Ahimbisibwe and Ariga Rasoul. The President conducted pre-match ceremonies including an inspection of both teams.

Earlier during the day, Jinja SSS played against Lango College as they tussled it out for third place. Hamisi Magumba scored twice for the eastern side while Emmanuel Ogwal scored the consolation goal for Lango College.
