The International School Sport Federation (ISF) Executive Committee meeting that took place between 15th-17th September 2022 in Brussels, Belgium appointed Justus Mugisha as ISF Technical President for a period of 4 years.
He has been serving in the same position following his appointment in 2019 by ISF.
In a communication released on the 26th of September 2022, the ISF General Secretary Hrvoje Custonja thanked Mugisha for having committed himself to the activities of the ISF and further supporting the development of ISF events and experiences of school students around the world.
He also added that the ISF is certain the work Mugisha will do for the next four years will tremendously contribute to the growth and development of goals, legacy and values within the international sport.
Justus Mugisha is the 1st Vice President of the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA). He is also currently the President of the Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) and the Federation of East Africa Secondary Schools Sports Association (FEASSSA).
