FUFA WOMEN ELITE LEAGUE 2016:
Final: Kawempe Muslim 0 (4) – 0 (2) She Corporates
Third Place: UCU Lady Cardinals 2-0 Gafford Ladies
Kawempe Muslim Secondary School women football club has written history as the first club to win two consecutive national league titles.
The positive development followed a nail biting 4-2 penalty triumph after an action packed goal-less ninety minutes of an exciting final played at Nakivubo Stadium in the heart of the Ugandan capital, Kampala.

The two sides missed a couple of chances that would have swung the result in their respective favour.
In the shoot out, skipper Sandra Nabweteeme, Hasifa Nassuna, Joan Nakirya and Yudaya Nakayenze scored for the reigning champions.
Halima Kembabazi and Zaina Mukalya scored for She Corporates.
