The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has issued player Hassan Wasswa with a provisional ITC to enable him take part in active football as FIFA continues with the investigations into a case filed against him by his former Turkish club.
Wasswa was issued with a license No. FSL_1301148 and he is currently a player of KCC FC. The Turkish Federation on advice from Kayseri Erciyesspor FC had earlier blocked the player’s move to acquire the relevant document on grounds that he had mysteriously gone missing from the club.
FIFA later appointed a single American judge to further study the case. The judge ruled that the player be granted a provisional playing license as the investigations proceed.
