Kampala Queens FC have been crowned Champions of the 2024/2025 Season Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League at the MTN Mondi Stadium, Lugogo.
Prior to the final outing of the season, the Queens of Soccer had already wrapped up the league but had to honour one more fixture against She Maroons to complete their 22-match schedule of the season.
Shamirah Nalugya scored from the spot before the half-time mark to give the Queens the advantage but the visitors’ Fiona Lucy Atono levelled scores in the seventy-first minute. The match between the sides ended in a one-all draw.
The FUFA 3rd Vice President Hon. Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi graced the occasion at the trophy handover flanked by Margret Kubungi the Chairperson of the Uganda women Football Association, Joanne Katushabe Manager of Marketing Communications and Public Relations at Finance Trust Bank, Aminah Bukenya an Executive Board member of Kampala Queens FC and Percy Lubega the Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs at Finance Trust Bank.

Top Scorer – Resty Kobusobozi (Lady Doves FC) with 17 goals in 22 games
